Well run establishment and curtious staff from the surgeon who dealt with my condition through to all staff assisting me with my stay in hospital pre and post op. Would even recommend hospital food

I was made comfortable from the very beginning, Staff were really friendly, nursing staff were considerate and caring as were the catering staff. For the two days there I was fed well, in a comfortable location and helped whenever help was needed without any delay. Would happily return if ever treatment required.

hi,i had a total right hip replacement 23-3-19 at the Manor hospital Biddenham,hospital was spotless but comfortable .staff were kind and polite.unfortunately the operation was a failure.within a month the hip joint became loose inside my hip bone.i was taken to Bedford General hospital by ambulance and admitted through A+E .i had to have complete replacement of the hip joint again.this extended my recovery time from 3 months to 6 months.

The hospital is welcoming and staff are friendly and caring at all times. You are treated with dignity , the nursing staff are great and catering is of a good standard.

I have recently been an inpatient and had a total hip replacement. The hospital was extremely clean and my room was very comfortable. All members of staff, including medical, administrative, domestic, catering, nursing and physiotherapy were considerate, friendly, caring and attentive. I could not have asked for better care.

The only constructive suggestion I can make is that the nurse that discharged me gave me different instructions re the wearing of the stockings - so as different surgeons require them to be kept on for longer/shorter periods - maybe just for the nurses to be sure about after care from relevant surgeons. I also had to return for my sharps box as that was not given to me. Otherwise - everything was great.

The Hospital is a very pleasant environment. Very Clean. The staff seem very happy and
an as a retired nurse I know this mean the hospital is well run.
My experience as a day case surgical patient was second to none.
